When I started to work with 121 Fitness I had a frozen shoulder. Dan found ways to work around this while my shoulder healed. Since training with 121 Fitness my shoulder has improved massively along with my strength and fitness. During lockdown Dan trained using Facetime and continued to motivate me, finding fun and inspiring ways to keep me going.
As an older woman and needing to up my fitness I began training with 121 Fitness. Dan is patient, encouraging and has improved my fitness to a level I would not have thought possible. I would highly recommend him.

Dan is a great Personal Trainer. He is always enthusiastic, incredibly knowledgeable and endlessly patient. Because Dan offers studio training, mobile training and on-line, it means that I have been able to choose the approaches that best suit me at any particular time. On-line training has kept me active during lockdown and I’ve been able to build on my live online sessions by using routines set for me in the app.
Dan has been indispensable in my journey to improving my fitness levels and gaining muscle. He provides well-structured and clear sessions that are tailored to my individual needs During lockdown, Dan enabled a seamless transition to virtual one-to-one workouts; these sessions have been flexible and convenient, without losing any of the benefits of ‘real’-life sessions.
