After a back injury my physio recommended 121 Fitness. Dan has helped me to improve my overall fitness and health; focusing on building my core and making sure I have good form to strengthen my back. Using a mix of virtual and face to face training I now have more confidence, feel healthier and fitter.


I booked a block of 10 sessions in the Summer with Sarah's boot camp and I was extremely impressed, Sarah's coaching was very professional and to the point, I felt I had progressed by the end of each session and my personal fitness certainly improved, I will definitely be re-booking when conditions allow.


Sarah is a fantastic instructor - always enthusiastic and motivational, with great direction and pace. I find myself always surprised at how little by little I do more ambitious routines. She is super fun too, which makes a huge difference. I don’t think there has been a single session after which I didn’t feel good and proud of myself - what else can one want!

Sarah's approach to training is enthusiastic and very considerate. She always gives a harder and easier option for the exercises which helps me out immensely with a dodgy back. There's lots of variety from one week to the next. Bootcamp was the kick-start I needed, and after each session I felt so much better.
