If you are experiencing any symptoms related to Coronavirus or have tested positive for Coronavirus do not attend your session. If anyone you have been in contact with is experiencing any symptoms related to Coronavirus or has tested positive for Coronavirus do not attend your session. In these instances, contact us to rearrange your session.

Keeping you safe

Fitness is integral to well-being and mental health so we are doing all we can to ensure you can train safely. Our studio is a 1-2-1 space only, so you can always have peace of mind that you are training in a safe, clean and uncrowded environment.

Every session secure

Below are just a few of the procedures we have in place to make training with us safe for you and our personal trainers.

For studio training

All studio equipment and the floor will be disinfected between each appointment. Areas touched such as door handles will also be disinfected.

For any indoors training, your personal trainer will wear a face mask and will anti-bac their hands before and after your session.

Hand sanitisers will be readily available - you will be asked to sanitise your hands before entering the studio.

Handwashing facilities are available and your PT will wash their hands regularly.

Water will be available but you will be required to bring your own water bottle.

We will fix doors/and or windows open that can be safely be left open where feasible.

If you require a hand towel please bring your own.

For mobile training

For any indoors training (UK Government rules allowing), your personal trainer will wear a face mask and will anti-bac their hands before and after your session.

All mobile training equipment will be disinfected between each appointment.

For outdoors training, your personal trainer will maintain social distancing according to UK Government guidelines.
